Oops! Something went wrong — if you saw this message in the app, no worries. Try these steps to fix it:

1. Restart the wallet app and the Surreal app.

Force quit both apps, then reopen them.

2. Check if the Surreal and wallet apps are updated to the latest version.

If there is a newer version of the app, update it.

3. Be sure you have the Zora chain supported in your wallet.

And have enough funds to cover the minting fee (approximately 10¢ for the transaction, but it is better to have at least $2 in your wallet, just in case).

4. If you are using the MetaMask wallet, try adding the Zora chain manually.

Here’s the instruction: ****https://support.zora.co/en/articles/1367809

5. Try switching to the Rainbow or Coinbase wallets from MetaMask:

Disconnect the MetaMask wallet, download the new wallet app, input your seed phrase to import your wallet, and connect it to the Surreal app.

6. Try reconnecting your wallet to the Surreal app.

Go to the circle button → 'S' looking button → Wallets → 3 dots → Disconnect and then reconnect it as you did the first time you opened the app.

7. Try using VPN.

Sometimes the infrastructure we use to connect your wallet might be geo-blocked in certain countries. If that’s the case, try switching on your VPN and then try again.
